Bala is a wonderful town. Thanks to the town, Muskoka Ringette and the Bala for your support. It was great that busloads of kids came to the arena to watch ringette on Friday.

By all means, please ue my photo. It is great seeing the young ladies learn how to play fair, play hard, and use their skills. Things sure have changed - our young women used to be afraid to be seen as strong, tough and athletic, as well as smart!
What a wonderful way to go out ~ sun shining ~ silver medals ~ and wonderful hosts! Thanks a bunch to the Bala Arena staff (you know who you are) and to the wonderful Legion peeps (you also know who you are) and of course an outstanding community! What more can we say we enjoyed it all!!
